The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) Elimination of Architectural Barriers Program is the cornerstone of services provided by theACCESSpartnership, lp. Started in 1997, we have conducted thousands of plan reviews and inspections as required by the State of Texas for projects with a construction cost over $50,000.

If you have a project outside these metro areas, give us a call so we can let you know which RAS will best serve you. If you have a project in the DFW or San Antonio areas, please call to determine the RAS for your project registration. Travel fees will apply for inspection services to these areas.

Fee Schedule
The following are our standardized plan review and inspection fees based on the overall construction costs of the project. If the construction cost is more than $25M, please call for a quote.
Travel Fees
Our standard service areas are Austin and Houston. For those areas outside our standard service areas, travel fees apply. If you do not see the city listed for your project, please call for a quote.
Other Fees
File request fee: $35 if the file must be requested from TDLR or another RAS
No show or incomplete fee: If the inspection has been scheduled by the client and the inspector is unable to perform the review because the project site is unavailable or the project is not complete, the full inspection fee and travel feel will be billed.
